Olli Koski, M.Soc.Sc., was appointed director within the Enterprise and Innovation Department at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Olli Koski has years’ of experience in working at the highest level of Finnish economic policy. He has a Master of Social Sciences degree and has previously served as chief economist in a central organisation of trade unions.
The strengths are his profound knowledge of economic, labour market, employment, industrial and business policies. He also has a wide range of negotiating experience concerning growth, employment and competitiveness and a good knowledge of public financing instruments gained through employment and positions of trust, and has built up extensive networks. Mr. Koski was also Member of Investment Council Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy.
