Peter Kruzliak

Peter Kruzliak is associated attorney in the Law Office BRICHTA&PARTNERS, which won the Slovak Law Firm of the Year 2013 – Intellectual Property, IP/IT/Telecommunications award granted by the TREND weekly and ePravo Group.

He began working in BRICHTA&PARTNERS in 2003 during his studies at the Faculty of Law of Trnava University and after graduating he carried on as an attorney trainee and later as an associated attorney.

He provides legal services to Slovak, as well as foreign clients, including several multinational corporations from the Fortune Global 500 list, both in contentious, as well as non-contentious agenda and he focuses on the intellectual property law, legal regulations related to information technologies and e-commerce, as well as special legal regulations, such as advertising law, unfair competition, data protection, payment services and consumer protection law.

He is also currently a member of the Internet Committee of the International Trademark Association.
