Nicola Mezzetti

is Lecturer of Quality and Innovation Engineering and Postdoc Researcher at University of Trento. In 2006, after having obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science on Reputation and Communication Models in Global Computing scenarios, decided to invest his future in the industry. For ten years Nicola has been working in different roles spanning from ERP design, consultancy to R&D project management in the Retail and Public Administration areas. Recently, he decided to get back to the Research to further develop his experience in Quality and Innovation Management.
