Experts agree that research and development is the backbone of a globally competitive, knowledge-driven economy. Only those who conduct research are able to discover new things and create innovative solutions.
The aim of the session is to forge links between businesses and public or private research laboratories operating in the region and to compare notes and good practices between Europe and North America. The session intends to create a platform for an unprecedented level of collaboration between innovation and excellence centres with the aim of boosting the innovation process from idea to product, from lab to market, and from student to entrepreneur.
