Ivan Stefunko

A serial entrepreneur, angel investor but also involved in building venture capital industry in Slovakia by co-founding Neulogy ventures. Co-founder and former chairman at Neulogy, a Bratislava-based consultancy boutique specializing in R&D management, technology commercialization and startup consulting. Ivan  has an extensive entrepreneurial background, particularly in the media and Internet space. He  has co-founded several companies with global or regional reach, including many EurActiv franchises in different countries of Europe. He used to be active as an angel investor and investment advisor and has recently been involved in new ventures such as Lekar.sk, Piano Media, GA Drilling and Diagnose.me.
Core skills are:  general management, business development, strategic advisory and early-stage equity investment transactions. I have long-running interest in innovation policy, innovation ecosystems and financing of tech start-ups. Co-publisher of the first book on venture capital in Slovakia.
